Junior Junction (St Jude)

The best daycare ever! We went through several daycares and kept feeling disappointed until we found Junior Junction. The staff are amazing, and all of the teachers have been so caring and supportive in helping my son settle in and transition smoothly. We truly appreciate everything they’ve done and are so glad we made the move to Junior Junction. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My daughter absolutely loves Junior Junction. She has attended two childcare centres in Avondale before this, and the difference has been night and day. At her previous centre, she was there for a year and dreaded going almost every day. The teachers often seemed quite scarce and busy in the mornings, and by the end of the day looked understandably tired, as though they had been managing a full and demanding day. I was also receiving accident forms 2-3 times almost every week, which was very concerning as a parent. Since starting at Junior Junction, she is always excited to go each morning. She has so much fun, feels comfortable, and is genuinely enjoying learning. What really makes the difference is the teachers. Of course they work hard and are tired by the end of the day, but they have a great system in place and still have purpose and joy. You can feel that they truly care for the children. A special thank you to the 3-year-old teachers Jenny, Anju, Joana, and Terence, just to name a few. They feel like family, not just teachers. My daughter feels so safe and happy with them. Everything is organised, clean, and set up beautifully for learning. I also feel constantly updated and reassured, so I don’t have to worry while I’m at work. So grateful to have found Junior Junction. Highly recommend. ♥️

It has been an absolute blessing having my two kids at JJ. We are huge fans of the Administration Team and Teachers. Just writing this review brings tears to my eyes, thinking about my 4-year-old’s last day coming early next year. It’s hard to imagine not being around this wonderful community, which has been such a big part of our lives for the last eight years.
