We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Best Start. My son has been going there for the past 2 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and support he receives. All the teachers are amazing, kind, and very supportive. I’ve seen so much positive growth in my son — he is learning new things every day and becoming more confident. A big thank you to Laura, Teacher Lee, Teacher Amanda, and Teacher Parama for your dedication and care. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a great early learning centre!

BestStart Birkdale is highly recommended. When my child first started kindergarten, he was quite reserved. However, once he began participating in the fun and educational activities offered by the center, he became incredibly excited about going to kindergarten garden every day. His speech has also improved significantly as he has learned to form new words into sentences. The care and attention given to each child are truly commendable.

A caring team, but challenges with stability. The staff were lovely and caring, but there was frequent turnover and changes in management, which made it difficult to build consistent relationships. Research highlights the importance of strong connections with caregivers in the early years, and unfortunately, this seemed lacking... Resources appeared limited, and staff often stretched...(not their fault!) While the centre is clean and the staff are nice, it may not offer the "best start" every child needs. Management never said goodbye or wished us the best... after our daughter spent over one year there. My wish would be that they invest in keeping their staff happy, well paid, and ensuring they feel valued as the work they do is of utmost importance.
