Absolutely love this place and the staff. Appreciate all the work they do for and with our babies and the safe space they create for them to learn and thrive in. Thank you Busy Bees staff 🫶

Busy Bees 🐝 made my son really flourish, as an only child I find him quite shy interacting with others but he improved a lot since he joined your entity, he learned a lot from counting to singing and reading books even though he can’t talk well yet but he learned how to articulate things where we can understand what he wants, as a working parent it is very hard for me to fully focused on doing those incredible things that my son learned from you guys and with that I am very grateful. I find your childcare very nurturing and very helpful to all the kids you looked after, and with that we parents are indebted for all the good works your trying to impart to our children. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. Tevita’s parents, Abby and Liku ♥️

Extremely Disappointing 3-Day Enrollment: Severe Lack of Care and Administrative Oversight We enrolled our child for a trial period and promptly withdrew him after only three days due to an overwhelmingly poor experience. We strongly advise other parents seeking supportive, professional childcare to look elsewhere. Lack of Basic Childcare and Support: Our primary concern was the complete lack of care and support provided, especially considering our child was brand new to the daycare environment. A quality daycare should focus heavily on helping a new child transition; however, we observed a distinct indifference from the teachers. There was no visible effort made to comfort or engage him, and the general atmosphere felt detached. It was clear that the teachers were fulfilling minimum duties rather than providing the crucial extra attention and empathy needed for a successful introduction to childcare. The service quality was far below acceptable standards. Administrative Chaos and Poor Record-Keeping: The administrative oversight was equally alarming. We verbally communicated our decision to withdraw the day following our child’s last attendance. Despite this clear notification, two days later we received an email asking if our child was attending or if he was well. This proved a total failure in basic internal communication and record-keeping, confirming that our withdrawal was never properly logged. Further demonstrating a chaotic system, we received a baffling final invoice, while still in the notice period, for an amount of only 72 cents. This absurd billing is symptomatic of the overall unprofessional management and lack of attention to detail we experienced. We found the administrative chaos and the basic failure in childcare service to be unacceptable. We recommend the management thoroughly review their staff training, communication protocols, and basic billing systems.
