New Shoots Children's Centre - Greenhithe

I don’t say this lightly, I’m quite a picky person when it comes to choosing a daycare, and I take my time to really observe and assess before making a decision specifically after a failure in another centre. From the moment we visited, the team at New Shoots Greenhithe stood out. Their transition process is thoughtful, structured, and genuinely focused on the child’s wellbeing, which gave me a lot of confidence. Riya, Paris, Becs, and Rachel are truly amazing human beings. You can see that they genuinely care about the children, not just as part of their job, but in the way they connect, support, and create a warm environment for them. Paris, as a transition teacher, has been phenomenal. Her approach, patience, and genuine care made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring. It’s not easy to find a place where you feel your child is both safe and valued, but this centre definitely gives that feeling. I’m really glad we chose them for my girl.

We'd rate New Shoots Greenhithe above 5 stars if we could - the level of care and learning immersion for our daughter has gone above and beyond our expectations (care from Kaiako, the quality of meals). We initially felt worried about our daughter starting daycare in general (as would any parent/caregiver with firsthand jitters) but we 100% do not regret our decision for choosing this Children's Centre. We are extremely fortunate to be a part of this community.

We've had such a wonderful experience with New Shoots Greenhithe. The teachers are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children’s development. The centre has a welcoming, vibrant environment with fantastic learning spaces—both indoors and outdoors. Our child absolutely loves going each day and has blossomed socially and emotionally. Communication with parents is great too. Highly recommend to any family looking for a nurturing and enriching early learning centre!
