As a parent, I have noticed such a positive difference in the centre since the new Centre Manager, Rehana joined. From the moment she arrived, she has brought fresh energy, genuine care, and a real commitment to making the centre the best it can be for our children and families. One of the things I appreciate most is how approachable and welcoming the centre is now. Doors are always open, and everyone takes the time to listen to parents, whether it's feedback, concerns, or simply a conversation about our children's experiences. It's reassuring to know that our voices are being heard and valued. The positive changes being implemented in the centre are already having a noticeable impact. Communication has improved between educators and parents, the atmosphere feels more supportive and connected, and there is a clear focus on creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. While there is still work to be done, it's important to recognise just how far the centre has come in a relatively short time. Positive change doesn't happen overnight, but the progress made so far has been encouraging and gives me confidence in the future of the centre. As parents, we have to be able to trust the daycare with the people who mean the most to us, and having a centre, that genuinely cares, listens, and acts on feedback makes all the difference. It's clear they are passionate about the children, supportive of each other, and dedicated to building strong relationships with families. Thank you everybody for the positive influence you have brought to the centre. I am excited to see it continue to grow and flourish.
