Great when we first joined, caring staff and a lovely environment. Over time, multiple teachers left and the atmosphere changed. It started to feel more corporate, with less empathy for staff and families. Some improvements were happening when we left, so hopefully it continues heading back in the right direction.

We used to love this daycare. However, there have been ongoing staffing shortages and increasing pressure on teachers, which seriously affect supervision and communication. On one occasion our child had injuries at pickup and no one could explain what had happened, and no incident form was provided. Hope management addresses these issues soon for the sake of both the teachers and the children. I’ll update this review once the situation improves.

Amazing teachers who we adore, but a really challenging management structure. Ultra focused on profits which has caused a mass exodus of teachers. Really disappointing for what used to be a renowned centre. I’ll stay in touch with parents with children in the centre and am happy to review my rating if and when things change positively.
