BestStart Karaka is the absolute best childcare centre, and I look back on my time there with the happiest memories.Now that I am in high school, I fully realize how much my time at this daycare set me up for success. The teachers were incredibly kind, patient, and always made learning feel like play. They created such a fun, safe atmosphere that taught me how to make friends and be confident in myself before I even started primary school.The outdoor play areas were amazing, the activities were always creative, and I still remember how welcoming and warm the environment felt every single morning.I am so grateful for the solid foundation I got here. If you are looking for a daycare that truly cares about your child's future, I highly recommend BestStart Karaka.

Would recommend this daycare. Helen’s new Ready for School programme has been great, especially the school visits which have made the transition to school a lot easier. The food is a hit with the kids, and it’s great knowing they have Heart Foundation approved meals each day (you may even have to ask for the recipes sometimes! ) Big thanks to Amanda who has been there since my first child started attending 9 years ago. Jo is always friendly and welcoming every morning. A lovely, caring centre.

This care centre is a real gem of a place. Managed by Helen, this daycare is run with only one thing in mind, and that’s the care of the children and their families. Our children thrived here. Both our kids were well prepared for their schooling through a nurtured environment and a space to explore their independence. You are welcomed with a huge smile by Jo at the front desk followed by wonderful staff and a manager who wears her heart on her sleeve. If you live in the area with young children I recommend you reach out to Helen and her team. Your kids will thank you for it.
