New Windsor Playcentre

A lovely, well-resourced Playcentre with nice indoor-outdoor flow. My child loves the massive diggers in the sandpit, the swings and the mini bike track. I love that the centre is welcoming of all cultures, languages and caregiving arrangements so there are quite a few grandparents who attend with their grandkids. It’s a very relaxed environment.

My daughter spent a very happy couple of years at New Windsor Playcentre. The facilities are great with a wide variety of activities available for all preschool ages - sand pit, toys, painting, crafts, books etc. We especially appreciated the "messy play" opportunities that kids can't usually get at a daycare. The people were lovely - welcoming, friendly and supportive. Being a mum of preschoolers is hard but at Playcentre there was always someone to talk to. The real value is in the relationships you and your children can build with other families. I encourage anyone who is considering early childhood education options in the area to visit NWPC and see if it's a fit for their whanau
