Sanjeshni and her team have been taking care of our wee ones for the past 13 years. Each of our children has flourished under their care and left confident and ready for primary school. They have been like an extended part of our family and we’ll miss them dearly.

I was really worried about my son starting daycare as he has bad separation anxiety and he also suffers from severe eczema. The staff were amazing with the transitioning and he settled in quite fast compared to my older two. They are great with catering to my son’s needs due to his skin condition. They always keep me informed & are just so caring towards him. My son always looks forward to going to “school” (what he calls daycare” and at times he doesn’t want to leave come home time! I absolutely love and highly rate this childcare centre.

A wonderful centre that has supported both of my children BestStart East Tāmaki has been an incredible part of our family’s journey. My eldest daughter began her early learning here, and the growth, confidence, and curiosity she developed during her time at the centre were truly special. The teachers nurtured her strengths, encouraged her independence, and created an environment where she felt safe, valued, and excited to learn. Now my son is following in her footsteps, and it’s been just as amazing watching him thrive. The team is warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child. They communicate openly, celebrate milestones, and create a space where children are encouraged to explore, play, and develop at their own pace. I’m grateful for the care, dedication, and consistency the staff bring every day.
