Go Bananas Childcare Papatoetoe

PARENTS BE ALERT !!!!Real disappointed so disrespect ful careless teachers. My daughter got hurt 3 times now .and sadly teachers and managers dont even apologized or said sorry .Just oh our job is to call and tell parents that your child got injured and its MINOR...wat a joke! I trusted go bananas papatoetoe I respected every one over there .but can see its falling apart now .the way they treat kids managers needs to go for extra training i guess and do health and safety course .as kids safety is first that's why we send our kids to certain daycare. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT KIDS CAN GET HURT ANYTIME ANYWHERE BUT NOT LIKE THIS . COME ON !! Do we have time to go to hospital and sit there for hours ? Why cant centre be liable for there careless behavior? This morning I called again to tell that wats the point we pay fees on time send kids really happy active pick up kid sickly. Wen they get hurt they pick up fever and stay home why should I pay the fees due to the carelessness. And centre managers dont call to check how my kid is doing .last time she got hurt by the eyes .the teacher I spoke to nazreen she was rolling her eyes and not sorry at all .we had to stand infront of all the kids and teachers to discuss the matter .there was no professionalism at all to go in a office and chat that wats the next step .wat can we do to improve ... How sad My child was going to this centre for more then 2 years now I was thinking to send my baby there to .but not now sorry as teachers are to busy chatting wondering ong there own. How many chances should I give ? How many times should call the centre to check my daughter? Sad to say I dont trust this centre and I dont trust the over 2s side any more I tired of talking abt samething over and over . Sometimes I have seen few kids infront playing unattended. So we pay fees for that ? I respected everyone treated every one like a family.but now things are looking ugly .my child is no longer safe there . So other parents be careful I dont want any other child to get hurt . Just a advice if you need your daycare going well get an educated manager with health and safety knowledge please and some one who can talk to the parents politely. They know to tell us to pay 3 weeks fees if child decides to leave .but why should I do that ?money goes on trees? My child gets injured gets sick? Stays home but still i pay fees how sad that is .no area manager or director or owner has called me to see how my little 2 and half year is doing .here iam stressing so tensed from Friday afternoon. I dont have time for this seriously . Go bananas papatoetoe get your acts together . Seriously. Kids are getting injured Don't get more kids if cant take care of them . Praneet rizwana geetika Geet Sandeep can be trusted and that's abt it they know-how to talk to us parents also. Few of them act as if they own that centre tbh. Why work at daycare if you dont have patience that love for kids ? Not my fault not my child's fault . Check the camera footage how active my child is and happy. Come home sickly . Do something management before it gets worse and you have to shut the whole entire centre . Instead of solving this matter manager is sending me invoices and reminding me the attendance policy . Iam strongly saying there's no safety and no respect there .. Covering each others back.they never said sorry at all.wat abt the stress that has caused plus cost that my hubby leaves work to take our daughter to hospital sit in traffic. Sit at doctors and wait for hours .??? All they do is reject and denying everything. Of course management will take sides to maintain the trust of public Who has this much time to lie ? And Make false allegations? Owner is not sorry at all abt my little girls condition .she is so traumatized . Where is the humanity gone in ppl? Of course we will put review .....its my right . as me and my family are going through so much stress caused by go bananas papatoetoe. They just want us to pay the fees and dont worry abt the injury

Wonderful childcare centre with caring and friendly teachers. My child is always happy to attend and has learned so much. The staff are supportive, and the environment is safe and welcoming. Highly recommend!
