My kids attended two different day cares previously, and I can honestly say that I love Little Ducklings’ management style and the care their staff provide. The staff are very professional and, within just two weeks, they were able to share both the good and challenging habits of my children—something that clearly shows how closely they observe and understand each child. My kids are learning quickly, and my daughter truly loves going there, which was not the case at the previous two day cares. I am very happy with my children’s progress and would highly recommend Little Ducklings for quality childcare and top-notch management. I have found the staff to be highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring towards my kids.

Quite dissapointed with the level of supervision of children. Kids are often left on their own outside and the teachers just leave the nursary rhyme songs playing for hours then go do other things inside. Im guessing they are short staffed or trying to lower their costs and increase profits. On the plus side it does look like a nice tidy childcare centre, much nicer than others in papatoetoe or manukau. The area outside could do with some tidying, often we notice beer bottles, rubbish and loose litter around the outside.
