We’ve had such a wonderful experience at this preschool. Since coming here, my daughter has become much more confident, happy and outgoing. She loves going to school every day and has built such lovely relationships with both the teachers and the children. We’ve also seen so much growth in her learning and independence. Her writing, communication and social skills have all improved a lot. The teachers are patient, caring and truly supportive, and we always feel she is in a safe and nurturing environment. We are very grateful for all the love and care from the preschool team. Thank you for helping her grow with confidence and joy.

My daughter attended ACG for the past three years, and she absolutely loved it. The teachers were supportive and caring, and I couldn’t have asked for more. She was fully prepared to start school and adjusted very well. I have also enrolled my son earlier this year, and he genuinely loves the place 😊

Today marks my daughter’s final day at ACG before she begins her next chapter at Dio, and it feels incredibly emotional to say goodbye to a place that has given us so much. My daughter started at ACG at just three years old. After keeping her at home for her early years, I was deeply anxious about how she would transition into a structured school environment—especially one as academically and socially demanding as Dio. I visited more than 30 ECE centres across Auckland, searching for a place that felt not only safe, but genuinely nurturing. From the moment we walked into ACG, I knew we had found something special. The warmth of the teachers and the kindness of the children stood out immediately. My daughter was welcomed with open arms and settled within a week. In just eight months, the transformation has been remarkable. She went from speaking only Hindi, Indo-Fijian Hindi, and Malayalam at home to now speaking fluent English. She has learned to write her name, express her feelings clearly, and confidently engage in classroom activities. She has developed strong social skills, formed meaningful friendships, and grown into an assertive, expressive, and thoughtful child. She can retell events clearly and has even begun showing leadership qualities. She has truly thrived here. ACG also supported her through becoming fully toilet trained—an important milestone for her transition to Dio. The teaching staff are exceptional. Teacher Manju, Aman, and Alan consistently go above and beyond. I have often seen Teacher Manju gently comforting children, Aman patiently guiding them through activities, and Alan offering warmth and reassurance in those important morning moments. Their care is genuine, and it shows in the way the children respond to them. Ms Manju’s approach to literacy and numeracy is especially commendable—she teaches in a way that truly connects with the children, and the results speak for themselves. The support extends beyond the classroom. Teachers Suniti and Ananthi are always ready to step in during drop-offs, ensuring every child feels safe and settled, regardless of which class they belong to. The relievers, including Naila and Hans, are equally wonderful—every single one of them brings kindness, enthusiasm, and a clear love for what they do. A special mention must go to Michelle, the school cook, whose muffins were an absolute favourite in our household—my daughter will definitely miss them! Reina and Leanne also deserve heartfelt recognition. Reina’s warmth, energy, and genuine connection with families make such a difference—she knows the children by name and greets everyone with such positivity. Leanne’s leadership is outstanding. Running an ECE centre is no small task, yet she does it with professionalism, care, and strength. Her reassurance in ensuring my daughter’s safety gave me the peace of mind I needed to focus on my work and studies. Thanks to ACG, my daughter has grown from a quiet and reserved child into a confident, capable, and happy little girl. Dio has already been impressed with her, and I truly believe that is a reflection of the incredible foundation ACG has provided. We are so grateful to every single member of the team. This school has exceeded every expectation we had, and I cannot recommend it highly enough—especially for families looking to prepare their children for schools like Dio, St Cuthbert’s, St Kentigern, or King’s. Thank you all for everything you have done for our daughter. We will miss ACG deeply and hope our paths cross again in the future. ❤️ The Warid family
