We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Best Start Silverdale. The team is incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely has the children’s best interests at heart. It’s clear that they create a safe and nurturing environment where kids feel supported and valued every day. The learning opportunities provided are amazing, with a great balance of structured activities and creative play that really helps children grow in confidence and curiosity. The teachers go above and beyond to make learning fun and meaningful. Overall, it’s an awesome team that truly cares about what they do. I highly recommend Best Start Silverdale to any parent looking for a supportive and engaging preschool.

A great centre is made by great people. It’s relatively easy for parents to see if a centre has good equipment and a nice play environment, but what truly matters is the people who work there. We were very nervous when sending our daughter to daycare for the first time. The uncertainty worried us a lot, especially as she couldn’t speak any English at all. However, those worries quickly disappeared after the first week. She was happy, and the teachers shared many lovely details and stories about her day with us. Our daughter did face some challenges settling into the new environment, but the teachers have done and continue to do an absolutely amazing job. Our concerns were always acknowledged and addressed. The teachers and management team at BestStart Silverdale are incredibly accommodating and very professional.

Fantastic centre — the team genuinely care about the kids and communication with parents is excellent. A happy & healthy environment. Highly recommend.
