Little Poppy's Preschool

We’ve have had a really positive experience with this daycare. The staff take great care of the babies and clearly care about each child, which is very reassuring. The teachers are also wonderful — friendly, approachable, and great with the kids. The environment is warm and welcoming, and it feels like a really nice place for the children to spend their day. There’s also a strong sense of community, which we really value. We’d happily recommend it to other families.

Little Poppy’s has such an amazing school community! From the moment you walk in, you are always greeted with a warm welcome by the teachers, the manager, and even the owner — everyone is incredibly friendly and approachable. The kaiako are so loving and caring, and it really shows in the way they nurture the children. My boy absolutely loves coming here and is so happy to go to school every single day! As a mum, it gives me such peace of mind knowing he is surrounded by such a supportive, kind, and welcoming environment. We feel truly blessed to be part of the Little Poppy’s whānau 💛

We are having such a great experience with this daycare. From the very first meeting over a year ago now, we were instantly sold on Little Poppys. The teachers are absolutely lovely—so caring and genuinely invested in the children. It’s clear they create a nurturing environment where kids feel happy and safe, and our little girl is really blossoming here. The daycare also puts in lots of effort into planning a wide variety of activities, keeping the children engaged, learning, and having fun every day. The ladies in charge - Tracey and Jess - have always been so accommodating, approachable and helpful in every interaction we have with them. We are so grateful to have found a place where our daughter is so well cared for and truly thriving - highly recommend!!
