Brilliant Minds Early Childhood Centre

My daughter Bhavika has learnt a lot in Brilliant minds daycare. She has become a very confident little girl and has learnt how to express herself with a lot of clarity. She loves coming to daycare and she loves her teachers and her friends. I am very happy with the care love and learning that the teachers do for my little girl. I am proud of the confident and smart girl she has become since joining this lovely daycare.

I enrolled my son in this day care from September to December 2024. Due to a family emergency, I needed support to take care for my baby. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. The babies and toddlers share an outdoor space, which often led to incidents, and my son would come home with minor injuries. They say they are out at different time outdoors but usually they are not as I have seen it myself personally. As my son is now a toddler it’s a development to push and play rough but that is why day care needs to be segregated according to age. I received frequent calls to pick him up due to fussiness or crankiness, which meant that I paid regularly just for him to stay at home with me most of the times. As an Indian parent, I was glad to see an Indian owner and Indian teachers, but instead, I was yelled at and told off, just like in India. After removing my son from Brilliant minds, I enrolled him in Little Pearls, which provided excellent care and a welcoming environment and I was able to compare the level of care both day care provide. It has been 1.5 years, but my experience with Brilliant minds was never a delight and I would not absolutely put my son back in that day care.

We are so grateful to Brilliant Minds ECE Centre, Three Kings, for the exceptional care and support they provided to our son when he first came to New Zealand. He attended the centre for only three months, but the impact it had on him was truly remarkable. During this short time, his language skills improved significantly, and his confidence grew so much, thanks to the patience, encouragement, and dedication of the teaching team. He absolutely loved going to the centre every day. The freedom, engaging activities, skill development opportunities, and nurturing environment helped him adapt to a new country and culture so easily. The care, love, and understanding shown by the teachers made his transition smooth and positive. Thank you to all the teachers for making his journey at the centre so meaningful, supportive, and enriching. We will always be thankful for the beautiful start you gave him.
