Waitakere Kindergarten

I highly recommend Waitakere Kindy. My 2 year old daughter constantly looks forward to her kindy days, and when I asked her what she wanted to do on her birthday she said “go to kindy”. It’s such a relief knowing you’re dropping your child off to a place and teachers that she loves. We love the welcoming atmosphere, strong community connections, and the way whānau are encouraged to be involved in kindergarten life. It’s a caring, inclusive environment and we’re so happy our daughter attends here.

Amazing kindy with incredible teachers. Two of our kids attended and both absolutely loved their time here at Waitakere Kindy, especially the outdoors areas and learning opportunities it offered (looking after a beehive, rearing lambs, caring for the kindy cat, Guinea pigs, fish and rabbits). We are sad to be leaving!

Best kindy ever, the teachers are warm, genuine and loving and care for your child as if they were their own. The kindy itself is also super cool, lots of trees and outdoor space for young minds to explore freely, and plenty of indoor activities for kids that enjoy inside play more :) My family have loved our time here and we’re very sad to be saying goodbye!
