Our two children attend and we are so happy with the staff and care for our little ones. Staff work with parents to integrate children smoothly into the nursery and the routine the parents are wanting. They post updates on the app with activities the children are doing and milestones that the kids are working towards.

My son has come home with scratches on his cheek just below his eye, so deep they have permanently scarred, saw the teachers and the only plan was to observe. After this has happened a second time , this time 5 scratches across his neck so deep into the flesh. Had a meeting with the teacher for her to explain they would observe him better. I asked them to form a decent plan to stop this happening all they said was we will teach him to stick up for himself. I replied he is 3 years old under your care he shouldn’t have to stick up for himself and I could teach him to fight but that is not the man I want my son to be. Changing preschools

I am happy and satisfied with the care of my child at BestStart Ferry Road. She loves getting up and going there everyday and she learns new experiences everyday. Thank you.
