Lots of Hugs Childcare 2

I did like a teacher and the manager. However I felt like it was a manic circus putting my child into Lots of Hugs. It was smelly, dirty and messy and never understood using hand towels over paper towels. Seeing children using the used hand towels imposing a hygiene risk. Seeing some children look traumatised was a sad thing to see. It felt like they were treated as a number rather than a child with big aspirations. My tamaiti was losing confidence in themselves and would come home rather upset. I felt like I failed them putting them into Lots of Hugs. However I have heard things have gone better for them and things have changed for Lots of Hugs but it's already too late. My child is now thriving in her new daycare.

Our child loves going to daycare here, the staff are amazing and have gone above and beyond to help our son with his speech, learning and behavioral issues. I highly recommend Lots of hugs.

We absolutely love LOH2. The teachers are all so welcoming and lovely. Our boys are obsessed with going to daycare each day and are constantly asking to go. Teachers go out of their way to ensure your children are welcomed and settled. They update you if anything happens & are fantastic with communication. The centre brings a very loving homely vibe. My 4 year old has absolutely thrived since starting. He’s now a confident, outgoing child who doesn’t stop talking. We love the staff at LOH2 🥰
