Waitangi Kindergarten

The staff at Waitangi kindy are incredible, so focused the childrens well being and learning. I love the learning by play model. The space is so welcoming and free flow. Would recommend to anyone. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My son has been going here for nearly 2 years and I have no complaints at all! A few things that really stand out to me - the teachers are super supportive of anything going on in our lives outside of Kindy, they all truly care and take the time to know us. They are very knowledgeable with child development so are happy to offer advice when we might be going through a challenging phase 😅. They really encourage parents and other family to be part of the Kindy, so on many occasions me and other parents would have a coffee catch up at Kindy and hang there all day with our kids playing and learning. Also there is some Maori influence so I love that my son comes home with a new word or phrase. And They helped a ton with toilet training! And it's free!!!! Highly recommend 🙌

We have had both of our kids attend Waitangi Kindy over the last 2 years, and we have nothing but positive things to say. The teachers really care and are invested in the children and their pre-school development / experience. We love that it is an eco Kindy, and in this economy, having a fantastic kindergarten being fees free is a huge relief! Would recommend to anyone looking for care options for their young ones.
