We are so grateful to have found New Shoots for our child. It has been a wonderful experience in every way. Facilities: The learning environment is exceptional. The classrooms are bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed with various engaging activity corners. The outdoor play area is safe, spacious, and full of creative equipment that encourages physical development and imaginative play. Our child especially loves the sensory playroom and the little garden where they can explore nature. Teachers: The heart of this place is its incredible teaching team. The teachers are not only qualified and experienced but also genuinely warm, patient, and attentive. They communicate regularly about our child’s progress and day, making us feel completely involved. We see how our child has blossomed socially and emotionally under their nurturing care. They truly treat each child as an individual.❤️ Kitchen & Nutrition: The kitchen deserves a special mention! The meals are freshly prepared on-site, nutritious, and always varied. Our little one often asks for "more" here. Knowing our child eats healthy, balanced food every day gives us great peace of mind. Overall, New Shoots provides a perfect blend of education, care, and fun. Our family loves New Shoots! They are our children's second family. Every interaction with a team member at NS leaves you knowing your child is in good hands and that they truly have people invested in their wellbeing. In fact, sometimes I'm convinced our children love their teachers more than us! When it comes to the day to day stuff, I am forever grateful that the New Shoots team look after my children as though they are their own and I never have to worry about how they're being looked after. Five stars always and we will be singing praises about New Shoots long after our journey finishes here that is for sure.
