Oma Rapeti Early Learning Centre Kumeu

Our experience with Oma Rāpeti has been nothing short of incredible. Out of my three boys, our youngest, who is almost at the end of his Oma Rāpeti journey, has shown the strongest literacy awareness at this same age by far, and I truly believe their Wonder Lab preschool prep programme has played a huge role in that. The Wonder Lab literacy learning is second to none. Watching Nadia and the other teachers engage the children through Dinosaur School and Wonder Lab sessions is amazing. Their passion, creativity, and ability to connect with the kids makes learning so exciting for them. You can genuinely see the confidence and understanding grow in the children every day. It has been such a privilege to be the parent of a child who has gone through Oma Rāpeti. The care, dedication, and learning opportunities they provide are something really special, and we are so grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on our son. It will be hard to say goodbye as they are all amazing teachers who love us like family.

Our two children (our girl started at 6 months old and our boy at 2 years old) attended Oma Rāpeti for over a year & honestly the only reason we left was because we moved countries, otherwise they would have stayed right through until school! Every single morning they were both excited to go, no convincing needed. They genuinely loved being there and couldn’t wait to see their teachers and friends. As parents, we built such beautiful relationships with all the teachers, which made leaving our kids each day feel easy, safe and reassuring. The growth we saw in both of our children was amazing! They learnt so much, became so confident in themselves, and really came out of their shells. Even now, they still talk about their teachers and remember their names, which says so much about the impact Oma Rāpeti had on them. I honestly couldn’t recommend Oma Rāpeti more to any parents thinking about sending their child there. It’s such an amazing place and will always hold a special place in our hearts! ♥️

We have two children here and couldn’t be happier. The teaching staff are top notch, the resources are great and our kids feel safe and happy. The baby area where our kids started is amazing. The under 1 age group area feels like being in someone’s lounge and is lovely and calm. The pre school has just implemented a learning series covering a range of topics to help prepare the kids for school. We love it.
