BestStart Cashmere

I am very satisfied with BestStart Cashmere, where my child is currently attending. Everyone here is very kind, friendly, and highly experienced, with strong knowledge and expertise. My son is very happy going to school here and is carefully supported by the teachers—not only in his learning but also in his emotions and well-being. We feel reassured because we are fully informed about our child’s learning progress as well as any changes at the center.

My children were exposed to harmful play during their time here. While trying to sort it out with the manager, I was gaslit, and the whole situation was minimised. I contacted higher up as there are some serious concerns for child safety here at this institution. The male teacher has been seen by myself and my partner doing highly suspicious activities and actions. I am appalled that staff hasn’t taken this seriously. I contacted higher up and also no advail. This is disappointing and disgusting. Do not send kids here.

Our son loves going to daycare at Cashmere BestStart. The teachers are the best, so caring and loving and they do the most fun activities. We are really happy with everything.
