Halswell Learning Tree

We love the Halswell Learning Tree. Our four year old goes there and always comes home with a big smile on his face. They do all sorts of different things, he is always bringing different goodies home to show us. Highly recommend. Such a great family feel, with real homely experiences, gardening and baking etc.

Our two boys attended this preschool and we have been really impressed with their care. The boys have watched tadpoles grow, caterpillars turn into butterflies, had treasure hunts in the sandpit and are often bringing paintings and art home - always something special for birthdays and mothers / fathers day. The staff are really friendly and our boys look up to them. Would thoughly recommend to others.

I am a staff member and parent at the centre. The centre is small and family run and my 2 children absolutely love coming here and seeing all the teachers and all their friends. Staff members are made to feel like family and treated as such which is great. Numbers are small - only 12 in the nursery which made me feel so comfortable when having my 6 month old there!! The families at the centre are lovely as well and the centre provide events such as whanau evenings where families can meet each other. Such a special centre for my children to be growing in!
